We are currently seeking a polished, professional, and service-driven Temporary Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Fellowship Village. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, team members, and vendors and is ideal for someone who understands the importance of first impressions and exceptional customer service.


Position Overview

We are seeking a temporary every-other-weekend receptionist to begin training in late June, with the official schedule beginning July 11, 2026. This assignment is expected to continue through September, with the opportunity to remain on a per diem basis afterward to support theater and community events as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience & Hospitality
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Provide a high-touch, luxury-level customer service experience
  • Escort guests as needed and ensure comfort throughout their visit
  • Handle guest inquiries with confidence and professionalism
  • Resolve minor concerns promptly and escalate issues appropriately

Front Desk Operations

  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and modifications
  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely and polished manner
  • Maintain accurate client records and notes

Environment & Presentation

  • Ensure the reception area, retail displays, and common areas remain immaculate
  • Perform light daily upkeep to maintain luxury presentation standards
  • Contact housekeeping promptly if significant cleaning or maintenance issues arise
  • Support overall ambiance including lighting, music, and cleanliness standards
  • Communicate effectively with salon service providers
  • Support promotional initiatives and special events
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
