We are currently searching for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

This position is primarily responsible for providing the highest level of service to the Members of the Club.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Greet each Member and Guest as they enter the building
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • If not actively engaged in a phone call stand when greeting Members/Guests
  • Answer all phone calls and take dining and event reservations
  • Route calls to specific people.
  • Answer inquiries about the Club.
  • Keep events binder updated by event date – remove any past events
  • Clean and tidy front desk area
  • Remove any desk clutter
  • Wipe down all surfaces before leaving for the day
  • Take out the garbage at the end of the night
  • Take photos at Club events
  • Go up to Members and politely ask if you can get group photos
  • Take candid photos as well
  • Update the Club Calendar on Outlook
  • Coordinate office activities.
  • Send emails, scans, and/or faxes.
  • During colder months, offer to help ladies take off their coat
  • Hang coats up in one of our coat closets
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
  • Update appointment calendars


Requirements:


A schedule will be provided two weeks prior for planning purposes.


Hours per week:

  • 15-28 hours (can vary depending on the time of year).
  • Open availability required, including evenings, weekends, and major holidays.
  • Schedule varies Wednesday–Sunday
  • Day shifts: 10 AM–4 PM or 10 AM–7 PM
  • Evening shifts: 4–8 PM
  • Shift times may vary based on business needs.
