Front Desk Sales Consultant (This Is a Sales Role - Read Before Applying)
Massage Heights Ingersoll is hiring a Front Desk Sales Consultant.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable guiding conversations, handling objections, and closing memberships - both on the phone and in person.
The Reality of the Role (No Sugarcoating:)
  • You will be expected to sell memberships
  • You will be measured on conversion rates
  • You will receive coaching and feedback
  • This is a performance-based role, not an admin position

If that excites you, keep reading.
If that makes you uncomfortable, please do not apply.
Compensation:
  • Starting pay: $15/hour
  • $20 commission per membership sold
  • Hourly increases based on performance:
    • 18% conversion → $16/hour
    • 25%+ conversion → $17/hour
  • Strong performers earn $45k-$50k+
  • Free massage every month

This role rewards people who can convert - not people who just "show up."
Schedule:
  • 20-40 hours per week available
  • Full-time and part-time options
  • Evenings and weekends required
  • Shifts fall within:
    • Mon-Fri: 9am-9pm
    • Sat: 9am-7pm
    • Sun: 10am-6pm

Schedules are predictable and posted in advance.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Handling warm inbound inquiries (no cold calls)
  • Explaining services and memberships clearly and confidently
  • Guiding guests toward consistent care
  • Closing memberships and tracking results
  • Answering phones with confidence and energy
  • Following sales processes and conversion metrics

Who is a good fit:
This role is a strong fit if you have experience in:
  • Restaurant or hospitality service (servers do very well here)
  • Retail or membership sales
  • Guest-facing roles where persuasion matters

You should be comfortable:
  • Talking on the phone
  • Asking for the sale
  • Being coached
  • Being accountable to numbers

Who will NOT be a good fit:
  • Someone looking for a quiet front desk job
  • Someone who dislikes sales or performance metrics
  • Someone who wants admin-only responsibilities
  • Someone uncomfortable with feedback or coaching

Perks & Benefits:
  • Paid training
  • Employee discounts
  • Complimentary monthly massage
  • Opportunity to grow within a broader wellness business ecosystem

Final Note
We are not looking for "everyone."
We are looking for someone who wants to perform, grow, and be rewarded for results.
If that sounds like you, apply!
