Job description

Creature Comforts is a growing, fast-paced small animal veterinary clinic in Carroll, Ohio. We are looking for two personable and highly organized veterinary receptionists to join our compassionate team.   

Duties include: 

  • Answering client calls, scheduling and confirming appointments  
  • Greeting and guiding clients to exam rooms 
  • Managing medical records, charts and client correspondence 
  • Walking dogs, cleaning cages, maintaining cleanliness of exam rooms  
  • Processing client payments 

Requirements: 

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting. 
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking abilities. 
  • Capacity to work effectively and with compassion during stressful situations. 
  • Ability to work on weekends and evenings as needed. 

Schedule 1: 

7:30 am – 2 pm M, T, Th 

7:30am – 1 pm every other Saturday 

Schedule 2: 

2 – 8 pm M, T, Th 

7:30am – 1 pm every other Saturday
