Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking an Junior Project Business Manager to join our client's team in NE Portland, OR . This is a great opportunity for a recent Business Administration graduate who wants real-world experience supporting project operations, financial tracking, and administrative coordination. You'll learn how projects run, work closely with experienced managers, and build skills that set the foundation for long-term career growth.
Pay: $29/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Help purchase and receive materials for active projects
  • Track job costs, budgets, and profit/loss
  • Prepare and process invoices and financial documents
  • Maintain organized project files, progress updates, and reports
  • Support project managers and field teams with administrative needs
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving
