Job description

Part-Time Weekend Team Member – Sales, Hospitality & Member Experience | The Picklr

If weekends are when you bring your best energy, we want you on our team.

The Picklr is hiring immediately for a full-time team member who can provide consistent and reliable weekend coverage. Saturday and Sunday availability is required, and candidates should be comfortable working a flexible mix of weekend shifts based on the club's needs. This is not a Monday-through-Friday position-weekends will be a central part of your regular schedule.

This is more than a front desk job. You'll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, and club operations while working for one of the fastest-growing sports brands in the country.

At The Picklr, weekends are some of our busiest and most exciting times. Members come to compete, connect, attend events, and enjoy the game-and you'll help make every visit memorable. You'll create a welcoming atmosphere, build relationships with members, drive sales, and keep the facility running smoothly during peak hours.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver a high-energy, professional front desk and guest check-in experience

  • Process transactions, manage the POS system, and answer member questions

  • Lead engaging facility tours and drive membership sales through consultative conversations

  • Assist with registration and scheduling for leagues, clinics, lessons, tournaments, and weekend events

  • Support retail and pro shop operations, including merchandising and inventory restocking

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including food and beverage areas

  • Build strong relationships with members to strengthen retention and community engagement

  • Support daily club operations and adapt quickly during busy weekend shifts

Schedule Requirements

Consistent weekend availability is essential for this position. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of their regular full-time schedule. Reliability during peak weekend hours is one of the most important requirements for this role.

Compensation & Perks
  • Competitive hourly base pay plus unlimited commission potential through memberships, retail, and events

  • Free Picklr membership after achieving performance milestones

  • Employee discounts on leading pickleball brands, equipment, and apparel

  • Clear advancement opportunities in leadership, sales, and management

  • Hands-on experience in sales, hospitality, and business operations

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, outgoing, and confident in customer-facing situations. Strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and the ability to stay energized in a fast-moving environment are essential.

Experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, or sports is a plus, but it isn't required. We value attitude, work ethic, reliability, and coachability above all else.

The Picklr is a premier indoor pickleball club offering state-of-the-art courts, premium amenities, and a best-in-class playing and social experience. With a rapidly growing national footprint, we're building more than clubs-we're building communities.

Our mission is simple: Connect. Dink. Compete.

If you're ready to make weekends your time to shine, apply today and join a team that's redefining the pickleball experience.
