Job description

Shady Grove Medical CenterIf you are a current Adventist HealthCare employee, please click this link to apply through your Workday account.Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Groundskeeper for our Grounds Maintenance Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Groundskeeper, you will:
Keep grounds and parking areas free from debris
Be responsible for weed removal and weed control
Be responsible for exterior painting - curbs, striping, sign posts, garages, trim, outdoor furniture, fencing, etc.
Monitor and maintain tools and grounds keeping equipment.
Perform exterior maintenance including mowing lawn, trimming, hedge trimming, and flower beds
Assist in performing all snow removal
Monitor the inventory of grounds supplies and/or equipment and notify supervisor of needs
Plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or GED required
2 years' experience in landscaping

Work Schedule:
