We are looking for skilled, compassionate Part-time Certified Nursing Assistants - CNA/STNA(s) and a Full-time Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA – who desire a career that matters in a community that values their expertise. Status: Part-time CNA/STNA working 7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. on Skilled Nursing on a Monday and Thursday night of our bi-weekly pay period, might be added to weekend rotation, on holiday rotation

Part-time CNA/STNA working on Assisted Living 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., on holiday rotation, possibility of adding a weekend rotation

Full-time CNA/STNA working on Skilled Nursing 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., every other weekend and on holiday rotation

Full-time CNA/STNA working 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Assisted Living, on holiday rotation and possibility of adding a weekend rotation to schedule

Pay: Starting from $18.50/hour in Skilled Nursing, increases with experience

Starting from $18.00/hour in Assisted Living, increases with experience

Shift differential of $3.00/hour paid for hours worked from 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. and $1.50/hour shift differential for hours worked from 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities
  • Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulatory, and hair care.
  • Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
  • Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
  • Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
  • Perform other duties as need arises and/or assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. However, see below for our offer of on-the-job assistance in getting this certification!
  • Experience: good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents
