What is part time Web3 development?

Part time Web3 development involves building decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain solutions on a flexible or reduced-hour schedule, rather than full-time employment. Web3 developers typically work with technologies like Ethereum, Solidity, and various blockchain protocols to create and maintain systems that run on decentralized networks. Part time roles are ideal for individuals balancing other commitments, offering opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge projects while maintaining flexibility. These positions may involve remote work, freelance contracts, or working for startups and organizations experimenting with blockchain technology.

What are some common challenges faced by part-time Web3 developers, and how can they effectively manage their workload?

Part-time Web3 developers often face the challenge of keeping up with the rapid evolution of blockchain technologies while balancing limited working hours. It can be demanding to stay updated with new protocols, tools, and security practices, especially when not working full-time.
