All work is performed in our Ann Arbor, MI office.In this position, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and web inquiries, capturing job details accurately, and providing information about our services to customers. You will coordinate a two-week forward-looking schedule and dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and expertise. Daily tasks include communicating schedule changes to the field team, entering jobs and maintaining detailed notes within ServiceTitan, following up on estimates, assisting with invoices and QuickBooks coordination, and tracking key operational metrics.
