As a Caregiver, you'll provide personalized support and assistance with activities of daily living while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.

  • Respond promptly to resident requests and provide individualized support based on each resident's needs.

  • Assist residents during meals while following dietary restrictions, food allergies, and personal preferences.

  • Promote residents' comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.

  • Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.

  • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.

  • Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.

  • Driving residents to Church, medical appointments, etc.
Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for residents and teammates.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred.

  • Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.

  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (required).

  • Clean motor vehicle record.

  • Must meet all applicable state and community employment requirements.
