Responsibilities for Host Hostess
  • Answer the phone and manage waitlist
  • Enter take-out orders into system, pack take-out orders, and run food to curbside
  • Greet all guests as they enter the restaurant
  • Seat guests according to the established plan that ensures all waitstaff gets filled tables
  • Keep front desk and waiting area clean
  • Ensure takeout menus, mints and cards remain stocked and cleaned
  • Refill paper products in bathrooms, as needed
  • Assist with clean and resetting tables
