Job description:

Jenny Yoo Collection is seeking a passionate and highly motivated bridal stylist for our Chicago showroom!

Ideal candidate must be outgoing, upbeat, and professional who loves working in a customer service intensive environment. Each stylist is trained to handle all aspects of the store.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years fashion retail experience, preferably in bridal sales but not required. This position requires Saturdays.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and make them feel at home
  • Answering all client inquiries and questions via phone and emails
  • Guiding brides and bridesmaids through their dress selection in one-on-one appointments
  • Styling brides from head to toe and closing sales
  • Providing honest feedback and recommendations on various dresses selected by customers
  • Cultivate rapport with all customers
  • Developing knowledge of bridal fashion styles, trends, designers, fit and alterations
  • Maintaining visual appearance and cleanliness of store to company's standards
  • Displaying all merchandise based on presentation guidelines and replenishing all merchandise back to racks/mannequins from dressing room
  • Process, confirm, and invoice sales orders
  • Track and communicate order status with brides
  • Opening and closing store
  • Participation in in-store and off-site bridal events
  • Address Customer Service complaints and offer solutions following company guidelines


Ideal Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of fashion retail experience, preferably in bridal sales
