Compensation:$75,000.00 - $200,000.00 a year

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford diesel and commercial vehicles
• Utilize Ford factory diagnostic tools and service information to troubleshoot complex issues
• Work on high-volume commercial and fleet vehicles in a Ford Pro Elite environment
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs and recommendations
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
• Mentor and support junior technicians when needed
• Regularly required to:
• Sit, stand, and walk
• Use hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach
• Speak and hear clearly
• Use close vision abilities
• Operate vehicles with a valid driver’s license
• Occasionally required to:
• Lift or move up to 50 lbs
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Noise Level: Low to moderate

What You’ll Bring

• Ford Certified Master or Senior Master Technician status (Diesel required)
• 5+ years of professional automotive or diesel technician experience
• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills
• Experience with commercial, fleet, or heavy-duty Ford vehicles preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop environment
