Essential Job Duties: To perform this job, an individual must accomplish each essential function satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Responsible for accurate and timely data entry from a CCD-A form into Resource Patient Management System (RPMS) Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • Responsible for back entry of data for reporting purposes
  • Seek clarification of codes and procedures to ensure accuracy
  • Responsible for identifying and reporting trends/problems to supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: Successful completion of required training. Handle multiple priorities effectively.
