Job description

Shoot. Coordinate. Deliver. Every Week. NH/MA/ME.

We're a real estate investment company growing across northern New England, and we're looking for a steady, skilled videographer to run our content pipeline part-time. Not a creative director, not a brand strategist — a reliable craftsperson who can take a clear vision, turn it into footage and finished video, and hit the deadline every single week.

Here's how it works: our Chief Innovator sets the creative direction and approves the final edited videos. You own everything in between — the field shoots, the talent coordination, the editor coordination, the file organization, and the handoff to our social media coordinator. You're the consistent set of hands that keeps the pipeline moving without noise.

What you bring:

  • Solid videography skills and a portfolio that shows clean, intentional work
  • A reliable vehicle and the willingness to put miles on it
  • Strong organizational habits — files named consistently, deadlines tracked, nothing slipping
  • Clear, professional communication with editors and the social media coordinator
  • Comfort working independently for long stretches and building easy rapport with subjects on camera
  • The kind of reliability that means we never have to chase you down to find out where something stands

What we're not asking for:

  • Editing — that's handled externally; your job is to brief well and manage revisions as needed
  • Strategic input on brand direction
  • A 9-to-5 schedule — this is part-time and field-based, built around the shoot list and the delivery calendar

Who You'll Report To: You'll work directly with our Chief Innovator. We set the direction clearly; you take it and move. Once you know how we operate, bring your ideas — but we need someone who can commit once the call is made and not look back.

Compensation & Logistics:

  • $20–$25/hour depending on experience, roughly 15–20 hours/week
  • Part-time W-2, no benefits
  • Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate
  • Travel across NH, MA, and ME is part of the job — your own reliable vehicle is non-negotiable

This role is for you if you take pride in the craft, you'd rather be the dependable pro who delivers than the loudest voice in the room, and there's real satisfaction for you in a clean file system, an on-time handoff, and a video that lands exactly the way it was supposed to.

Compensation:

$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

What the role actually looks like:

  • Travel across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine to shoot with our team — investors, property managers, employees, contractors, deal-makers — capturing the work as it happens
  • Translate the creative brief into footage that fits the vision
  • Pass clear, organized notes in an Edit Brief to our external editors on which clips, cuts, and CG to use
  • Track the edit pipeline so a set number of finished videos are ready each week
  • Keep the file and asset library tidy and well-labeled
  • Hand off approved videos to our social media coordinator on a reliable schedule

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated videography skills with a portfolio of clean, thoughtful work (school projects, freelance, or personal work all welcome)
  • Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel regularly across NH, MA, and ME
  • Strong organizational habits — comfortable managing files, tracking deadlines, and keeping a production calendar tidy
  • Clear, professional written communication — able to write and edit briefs that an external editor can follow without back-and-forth
  • Comfortable working independently for long stretches and building easy rapport with new people on shoots
  • Dependable and follow-through oriented — the kind of person who closes loops without being asked
  • Available 15–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule that can flex around shoot days
