  • Active New Jersey RN or LPN license

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $33-$45 per hour (Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay).

Primary Nursing Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in accordance with accepted nursing standards, the physician's plan of treatment, and the individualized plan of care.
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
  • Deliver compassionate, respectful care to patients and their families.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Complete additional case-specific responsibilities as assigned.

Selected nurses can participate in our Nurse Influencer Program, partnering with our Marketing team to create authentic content that highlights life as a Star Pediatrics nurse.

As a Nurse Influencer, you may:

  • Share "day in the life" experiences from your workday while always protecting patient privacy.
  • Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing team on weekly content ideas and post approvals.
  • Help answer questions from prospective nursing candidates through social media comments or direct messages.
  • Participate in virtual hiring events or recruiting campaigns.
