As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, medication management, wound care, and patient education. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as prescribed by physicians.

Home Health Registered Nurse Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA.
  • 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice; or a related setting.
  • BLS/CPR certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS or wound care certification preferred.
  • Valid CA Driver’s license
