Server (Part-Time) - Senior Living | Location: Ashland, OR 97520
Compensation: $16.50 per hour| Part-Time
Schedule: Varying - Wednesday-Saturday 10am-2pm & 4pm-8pm; Sunday 9am-2pm.
Job Summary
Join our team as a Server and help create meaningful dining experiences for our senior residents. In this role, you'll provide friendly, attentive service during meals, support a clean and welcoming dining environment, and build positive connections with residents through respectful and compassionate interactions.
What You'll Do
  • Greet residents and take meal orders with warmth and professionalism, turning ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
  • Be the smiling face that ensures every interaction is a personalized, delightful encounter.
  • Serve meals accurately and efficiently, ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining our high standards.
  • Transform dining areas into havens of warmth and comfort.
  • Meticulously clean and prepare dining spaces, setting the stage for unforgettable experiences.
  • Contribute to a well-oiled machine through tasks like clean-ups and inventory management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after service.
  • Assist with table setup, bussing, and resetting for next meal periods.
