As a club driven by passion and community, we operate under the oversight of the U.S. Soccer Federation, a member of FIFA. Our headquarters are in Golden Valley, MN, with soccer operations based at the MNUFC Training Center in Blaine. You'll play a key role in how fans, students, and visitors experience our Club, our facility, and our community. Every tour is a chance to spark curiosity, inspire the next generation of soccer fans, and share what makes this place special.
We lead with empathy, sweat the details, and show up for one another. If you love storytelling, thrive in front of a crowd, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to have you join the team.
What You'll Do:

  • Deliver public, private, and educational tours, including school groups and youth organizations
  • Share accurate, compelling information about the stadium, Club history, team, and operations
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive experience for guests of all ages
  • Follow all stadium guidelines, safety procedures, and tour protocols
  • Assist with preparing tour routes, including checking access points and ensuring spaces are ready
  • Set up and prepare classroom or learning spaces for educational tours
  • Serve as a positive ambassador for the Club, answering questions and engaging with guests throughout their visit

What You'll Bring:
  • Prior experience as a tour guide, educator, or in a guest-facing role
  • Comfort speaking confidently in front of large groups
  • Experience working with children or leading educational experiences is a plus
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to engage and connect with guests of all ages and backgrounds
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and varying tour schedules

Compensation & Benefits:
