* Develop and implement agile technical principles that balance business needs, operational efficiency, and transformation excellence * Drive the global deployment of cohesive, data-centric technologies while ensuring future-proof solutions in collaboration with stakeholders * Identify and mitigate risks through proactive analysis, enforcing governance, and providing solutions that align with business objectives * Adapt to evolving business needs, act as a change agent, and foster an environment that supports team success * Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and standards while designing, developing, and enhancing solutions * Workday Security and API development, business processes, and integrations * Design event-driven intelligent automation agents triggered by Workday transactions, leveraging Workday AI/Extend capabilities * Integration Testing and Automation using Continuous Integration More about you * Minimum 7 years of experience with Workday integration types, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, BIRT, Boomerang integrations, Extend, and Orchestrate * Experience with Workday Recruiting, HiredScore, and Paradox frameworks and native integrations * Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills * Ability to effectively collaborate with business users and vendors to address development issues * Ability to effectively triage and track issues through to resolution * Passion for delivering high-quality and meaningful results * Application development and script automation experience leveraging HCM-delivered APIs * Familiarity with RESTful Web Services and APIs * Experience with creating HCM workflows and custom connectors * Understanding of HR/Payroll Processes and data structures * Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future   Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
