Part-Time | Colony Crossing - Madison, MS | Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission
Stretch Zone Colony Crossing is hiring confident, outgoing, and driven individuals to join our Madison, MS. studio as a Stretch Practitioner.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in fitness, sports, personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy or similar knowledge in body mechanics. 
If you are motivated by helping others, interacting with clients, and delivering a hands-on approach — this is a strong opportunity to learn and thrive in a wellness environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
  • Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach
  • Support studio operations with client account support services
  • Participate in community events and wellness activations
  • Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment
  • Contribute to a positive culture

  • Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects
  • Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
