The receptionist greets and directs visitors, answers and relays incoming phone calls, assists residents with simple cash transactions and performs duties to organize and maintain the Business office area.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma. Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute. Must have a pleasant telephone voice, use good telephone etiquette, and have good communication skills. Have a good working knowledge of grammar rules, spelling and punctuation. Should have general office knowledge and be able to perform a variety of clerical duties. Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful. Must be able to use a computer in a Windows environment. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
