Pediatric Physical Therapist – Part-Time


Make a Difference in the Lives of Neurodiverse Kids – Join Our Collaborative Pediatric Team!

ICAN is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team in Bellevue, WA. If you are passionate about working with neurodiverse children and teens and thrive in a collaborative, supportive environment—this could be the perfect fit for you.


As a member of our team, you'll work in a state-of-the-art clinic alongside occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, and BCBAs. Together, we take a whole-child approach to support developmental progress and independence through neurodiversity-affirming care.


What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat children and adolescents with a range of developmental needs, including autism, ADHD, motor delays, and sensory processing differences
  • Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans in our fun, movement-rich sensory motor gyms
  • Collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s functional growth
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation (SOAP notes, evals, progress reports)
  • Engage in weekly department roundtables and mentorship opportunities
  •  Embrace a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming mindset in all aspects of care


Who You Are

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
  • Experienced (1–3 years preferred) or a motivated new grad passionate about pediatrics
  • Knowledgeable in sensory integration, motor development, and functional mobility
  • Committed to inclusive, culturally responsive, and family-centered care
  • A great communicator who enjoys collaboration and lifelong learning
