ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a bilingual Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Blake Ettestad - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, front-line customer service skills, and care for people are key to this role. You will build insurance expertise while directing calls, resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the English and Spanish-speaking community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide efficient front-line support by answering phones and directing or resolving inquiries.
  • Help with resolving billing problems or misunderstandings 
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Spanish-speaker required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
