What is a part time tree?

Part time tree jobs typically refer to positions in the tree care or arboriculture industry that do not require a full-time commitment. These roles can include tasks such as pruning, planting, watering, or maintaining trees in parks, gardens, or urban settings. Such jobs may be ideal for students, seasonal workers, or individuals seeking flexible work hours. Part time tree jobs often require physical labor and a basic understanding of tree care, but some positions offer on-the-job training. Safety awareness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are essential.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a part-time tree trimmer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Part-Time Tree Trimmer, you need knowledge of arboriculture practices, safe tree cutting techniques, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with chainsaws, climbing equipment, and possibly certifications like ISA Certified Tree Worker are typically required. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong communication skills set candidates apart in this role. These skills and qualities are crucial for ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality results in tree maintenance tasks.

Are you a hands-on, no-nonsense mechanic who knows how to get it done? Ready for more independence in your day-to-day work? We’re looking for a dependable Diesel Mechanic to keep our fleet of tree service trucks, chippers, and heavy equipment running strong. Full-time or part-time available — we care more about know-how and work ethic than a resume full of fluff.

If you are looking to be part of a team that is growing and changing the Tree Care Industry in a positive way while providing great career opportunities, we want to speak to you! Monster Tree Service of Bucks and Montgomery Counties has an immediate opportunity for a Vehicle Mechanic.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Maintaining bucket trucks, chip trucks, loaders, and other fleet equipment
  • Performing regular inspections, oil changes, brake repairs, etc.
  • Keeping equipment safe, reliable, and job-ready
We are seeking experience with:
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and doesn’t cut corners

  • A team that respects hard work and knows the value of a good mechanic
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving tree service business
  • No tools necessary or bring your own!
We offer competitive wages commensurate with experience, year-round employment, a positive and respectful work environment, and more!

You are applying for work with a franchisee of Monster Tree Service, not Monster Franchising SPE, LLC or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who are solely responsible for their own employees.
