THE ROLE:


We are seeking for a Sterile Processing Technician? to join our team! This facility has a broad range of primary and specialty services and a long history of advocating for the health and well-being of patients and their families. Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates ability to swiftly and accurately accomplish tasks
  • Exhibits effective multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of making independent decisions and prioritizing workload
  • Responsible for managing sterilization procedures and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Handles tasks such as sterilizer testing, rinsing and packaging of sterile items, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions
  • Assignments also include barcoding, stocking of linens, laundry management, and maintaining inventory
  • Vital communication with supervisors and service providers is expected
  • May oversee student workers and will be responsible for delivery and pickup of dental cassettes
