Description
This is a Part-time position which may involve day and some evening work. This position will provide classroom and field instruction for various subjects in the power delivery industry including how to install and repair electrical power systems.
Provide classroom and field instruction for various subjects in the power delivery industry. In collaboration with the Powerline Technician Training Supervisor, evaluate and improve program quality; stay abreast of applicable regulations applying to electrical line work such as OSHA and NESC; advising students; complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Salary: $30.00 per hour.
Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (20 - 25 hours per week)
Start Date: To be determined.
Closing Date: Open until filled.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of Lineman experience, required. Must have a current Class A CDL, or the ability to obtain one. Teaching experience preferred. Sub-station and/or transmission experience, preferred.
