Part time temporary medical coding jobs can often be done on a flexible schedule, making them suitable as a side hustle. However, they typically require certification, attention to detail, and familiarity with coding systems like ICD-10 and CPT. Freelance or remote coding opportunities may also be available for additional income.

Will AI eventually replace medical coders?

AI technology is increasingly used to assist medical coders by automating routine coding tasks and improving accuracy.
