Job Summary

The IT Intern is an entry-level, internship opportunity designed for someone who is interested in learning more about information technology in a professional setting. In this role, the intern will assist the IT team with basic technical support, computer setup, troubleshooting, documentation, inventory, and small technology projects. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, build confidence, ask questions, and develop practical IT skills while supporting daily technology needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-User Support: Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues; assist with troubleshooting and resolving IT support tickets.
