What You’ll Be Doing

  • Facility Walk-Throughs & Inspections – Regularly assess the building structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and related systems to ensure safe, efficient operation.
  • Preventive Maintenance & Energy Management – Operate and maintain preventive maintenance and energy programs in line with brand and company standards.
  • Repairs & Projects – Assign, complete, and verify repairs, renovations, and special projects in guest rooms, offices, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Plumbing & Mechanical Work – Install, inspect, clean, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, pipes, and related equipment.
  • Grounds & Public Area Care – Maintain exterior areas, landscaping, parking lots, stairwells, and maintenance spaces to keep the property attractive and safe.
  • Pool & Facility Monitoring – Conduct daily testing and monitoring of pool and whirlpool systems to ensure compliance and guest safety.
  • Reporting & Communication – Maintain logs and records, generate reports, and keep leadership informed on the overall condition of the property.
