Per-Diem CT Technologist

A private physician group specializing in Hematology and Oncology is seeking a PER-DIEM CT Technologist. Ideal position for Technologists looking for extra hours who are currently working 2nd / 3rd shift or weekends.

Experience with GE scanners preferred but not required.

Position requirements:

  • Have good communication skills with patients and coworkers.
  • Willingness to perform all aspects of patient care within the scope of practice.
  • Utilize radiation protection and safety standards.
  • Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
  • Proficiency starting IV access lines.
  • Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the scope of practice.
  • Ability to work independently and with direction from senior staff.
  • Willingness to follow Department and Practice policies.

Regulatory requirements:

Active Florida state license

Active ARRT certificate or equivalent

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40 per hour
