Our mission is to provide professional, humane and safe care while contributing to improving access to care and the quality of life of users. Our values: Respect Kindness Professionalism Integrity Collaboration Job description: We are looking for team leader nurses to ensure the clinical coordination of care, the supervision of nursing teams and the smooth running of care activities in various settings. The person holding the position plays a key clinical and operational leadership role, ensuring the quality, safety and continuity of care for users. Main responsibilities: Coordinate the nursing team's care activities on the shift. Supervise, support and mentor nursing and auxiliary staff Ensure the prioritization of care according to the patients' condition.
