At Adventure Tours, we're more than just a transportation company-we're a team committed to excellence in service, safety, and reliability. We're currently seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Bus Detailers to join our team at our Richmond location. This role involves detailing the interior and exterior of our motorcoach buses and mini buses. A valid driver's license and the ability to move commercial vehicles is a plus.


Compensation: $17-$21/hr based on experience


Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the interior of buses, including the lavatory, scrubbing, washing, sweeping, and waste tank maintenance.
  • Use the onsite battery-powered Bitimic bus washing machine and in-ground bus dump to clean the exterior of the buses, including occasional waxing.
  • Sweep and mop baggage compartments, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Restock bus supplies like garbage bags, toilet tissues, wet naps, and hand sanitizers.
  • Fuel coaches with diesel and DEF.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Must detail interior and exterior of motor coach within two hours or less

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and proper identification (required).
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Physically and mentally fit for the role, including lifting 15 lbs or more, bending, stooping, and climbing.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning agent use and application.
  • Ability to work effectively with or without direct supervision.
  • Must maintain cooperative and respectful working relationships.
