Position Summary
Carter Support Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support internal operations and client-facing services. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-focused applications that align with business goals and service excellence.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who enjoys solving problems, writing clean and efficient code, and contributing to continuous improvement across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and system components
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and consistency
