Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our food service team supporting Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and Subway. Team Members are responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, preparing food and beverages according to brand standards, processing customer transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.

  • Prepare food, coffee, beverages, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and Subway brand standards.

  • Operate POS systems and accurately process cash, debit, credit, and other transactions.

  • Follow proper food safety, sanitation, allergen, and cross-contamination procedures.

  • Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, dining areas, and workstations.

  • Restock products, cups, ingredients, condiments, and supplies as required.

  • Follow portioning, product quality, presentation, and freshness standards.

  • Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.

  • Follow FIFO, temperature-control, and food storage procedures.

  • Work effectively as part of a fast-paced team and support other stations when required.

  • Follow company policies, health and safety requirements, and brand operating procedures.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced retail food environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Exposure to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen environments
  • May work across multiple branded outlets such as coffee shops, grab-and-go stations, or quick service restaurants
Qualifications
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Subway, quick-service restaurants, or food service is an asset.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform regular food-service duties.

  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Food Handler/Food Safety certification is an asset.
