L. Priori Jewelry is a modern custom fine jewelry brand known for our personalized client experience, elevated showroom environment, and strong relationships with our clients. We are a small, growing business where teamwork, attention to detail, and a five star experience are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for a part time Studio Assistant to join our King Of Prussia area showroom team. This is a hands on role supporting daily showroom operations while helping create a warm, polished, and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Jewelry experience is not required, a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail are what matter most.

About the Role

You’ll be the first impression of our brand and an essential part of keeping our showroom running smoothly. This role blends client interaction, fine jewelry handling, organization, and operational support in a beautiful, client-focused environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a polished setting, wants consistent part time work in a supportive small business team and likes having a hand in a variety of areas within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients for their appointments
  • Maintain fine jewelry upkeep, organization, and overall showroom presentation
  • Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries
  • Set up and put away showcases
  • Support shipping, receiving, and transferring product between locations
  • Assist with in store events/ event prep
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams as needed

Qualifications

  • Availability at least one weekday and Saturdays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with customer service experience
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Jewelry or retail experience is a plus, but not required
