Position Title: Noon Duty Supervisor
Location: Skyway Elementary School
Hours: Part-Time, Midday Hours (Typically between 10:45 AM 1:15 PM)
Reports To: School Principal


Position Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, caring, and dependable individuals to join our team as a Noon Duty Supervisor. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their lunch and recess periods.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students on the playground and in other outdoor areas to ensure a safe and respectful environment
  • Monitor student behavior and promote positive interactions
  • Assist students in the cafeteria, including helping with seating, opening food items, and encouraging appropriate table manners
  • Ensure students follow school rules and routines during lunch and recess
  • Respond calmly and effectively to minor injuries or student conflicts, following school protocols
  • Communicate effectively with school staff and report any concerns related to student behavior, safety, or incidents
  • Help maintain a clean and organized lunch and recess environment

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
