Part-Time Cafeteria Worker
Bland County High School
Bland County Public Schools is accepting applications for a Part-Time Cafeteria Worker at Bland County High School.
Position Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing and serving nutritious meals.
  • Set up and maintain serving lines.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely.
  • Clean and sanitize food-preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Follow food-safety, sanitation, and portion-control requirements.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and supplies.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to students and staff.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Cafeteria Manager or School Nutrition Director.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in food service is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting associated with cafeteria work.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
