Location Various locations within Tehama County Job Summary Job Summary 2-4 Hours per day - Up to 5 Days per Week The SERRF Student Assistant is responsible for providing homework assistance, projects, activities, recreation and support to the students in an after school setting, along with other related work as required

The SERRF Student Assistant will oversee a set group of kids on a day-to-day basis, building relationships with students, following principles, practices, rules and regulations of the school site and providing information to the Site Facilitator and Afterschool Assistant. The SERRF Student Assistant should be skilled with positive strategies and techniques to motivate students to focus and work hard.
