Position Summary:
The Chemistry & Physics Department at A-State is looking to hire a Part-Time Student Worker to assist with teaching labs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and arranging of chemicals and reagents for the general chemistry (I and II) laboratory experiments.
  • Updating the grades from the student's report to excel
  • Proctoring the pre-lab quizzes, mid, and final exams, and lab practicals.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Show interest in the teaching/research area that individual is seeking employment.
Ability to maintain accurate records, be organized, and follow detailed instructions.
Ability to learn, understand, and accomplish assignments directed by Supervisor.
Ability to effectively communicate with both student, faculty, and staff.
