Shift: Part Time (32 Hrs/Week), 8 Hr - Day Shift

Coshocton Regional Medical Center is a 56-bed, not-for-profit hospital serving East Central Ohio, providing 24-hour emergency services and acute care services, including a network of hospital-based physician clinics. Coshocton Regional is an Accredited Chest Pain and Heart Failure Center and has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval® by demonstrating compliance with national standards for health care quality and safety. Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental and organization tasks. Responsible for appointment scheduling and chart management. Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of organization.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent or relevant experience required for new hires effective April 2014.
2. Medical Assistant Certification perferred.
3. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
4. Minimum one year work experience in public contact job.
5. Work experience in health care preferred.
