Overview
The Concessions Pizza Cook is responsible for preparing and producing high-quality Casey's pizzas and supporting food preparation for concession operations. Assists with food production, product rotation, inventory organization, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Ensures all food is prepared safely, consistently, and according to Casey's and OVG standards while supporting efficient event operations.
This role pays an hourly rate of $16.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare pizza dough, toppings, sauces, and other ingredients according to Casey's recipes and company standards.
  • Assemble and cook Casey's pizzas while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Assist with food preparation for concession stands before and during events.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served safely while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep, storage, and concession work areas.
  • Properly rotate products using First In, First Out (FIFO) methods and report low inventory levels to management.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stocking products as directed.
  • Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Properly operate and clean kitchen equipment, reporting maintenance concerns to management.
  • Assist with transporting food and supplies from the warehouse and kitchen to concession locations.
  • Help prepare concession areas before events and assist with breakdown and cleaning after events.
  • Maintain quality standards by ensuring fresh products are available throughout events.
  • Fill in where needed to support concession operations and provide excellent guest service.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance and adherence to company attendance standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Concessions Managers or the General Manager.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in food preparation, food handling, sanitation, or customer service preferred. Pizza-making experience is a plus.
  • Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food preparation procedures accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow recipes, food safety procedures, and inventory documentation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during events.
