About Kitchen Tune Up
We are a locally owned franchise providing remodel services to the Eugene Springfield and surrounding area. We are a small close knit team looking for someone to grow with us. We offer refacing, redooring, full custom kitchens, cabinet painting and our original 1-day Tune Up.

Position Overview
Kitchen Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our team and complete kitchen remodeling projects in homes across our community. This position is Part time and will range between 3-5 days a week depending on demand. Our ideal candidate will grow into a full time position as our volume increases. This is a M-F position with hour typically between 8:30am-5:30pm. We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.
Responsibilities
  • Follow instructions given by project manager.
  • Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
  • Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
  • Work quickly and efficiently.
  • Follow scope of the job to perform our 5 core serivices

Qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Able to drill for hinges.
  • Able to install doors and drawer fronts.
  • Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets.
  • Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
  • Ability to modify cabinet boxes
  • Able to install crown molding and finish trim
  • Experience in cabinet painting is a plus
  • Ability to problem solve in the moment and be solution driven
