Job description

Join the team at The Hotel Hershey, an award-winning resort best known for its refined elegance, signature services, and abundant amentities. The Spa At The Hotel Hershey, affectionately known as the Chocolate Spa® because of its signature chocolate treatments, is a full-service European-style spa. The Spa At The Hotel Hershey features 30,000 Sq. Ft of relaxation space, including 55 treatment rooms, and breathtaking views of the majestic gardens.
This position is responsible for scheduling all spa services according to The Hotel Hershey standards.
As a Part-Time Team Member, you will enjoy sweet perks like FREE admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee ID!
Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
  • Answering questions about the spa and services Promoting and selling spa services
  • Booking spa reservations Greeting guests as they enter the spa
  • Greeting guests as they enter spa
  • Settling guest accounts as they depart
  • Providing an overall relaxing, courteous and professional atmosphere for all guests
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a guest oriented atmosphere, preferably in the hospitality field.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient Computer Skills
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organization skills
  • Good communication skills

Job Demands:
  • Physical requirements include finger dexterity, hand/eye coordination, and ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 lbs
  • Work schedule is flexible, based on business needs during operating hours of 8:00 a.m.to 8:00 p.m.
  • This is a part-time year round position. The working schedule for this position may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs. Weekends and holidays are required.
