What You Will Do:

  • Greet guests like the VIPs they are and guide them to their spa destination.
  • Answer calls with a smile-even the ones asking, "Do you offer yoga?"
  • Book appointments and keep our calendar running smoother than a massage stone.
  • Explain spa services, prices, and policies in a way that's clear, helpful, and totally stress-free.
  • Keep things tidy and organized, from retail shelves to service receipts.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Has customer service or retail experience-it shows you know how to make guests feel welcome.
  • Has worked in a spa or office for at least 3 months-bonus points if you've mastered the art of soothing background music.
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent-it helps with keeping things organized and professional.
  • Knows their way around Microsoft Office-basic tech skills keep our bookings and records on point.
  • Can lift up to 30 lbs and has flexible availability-we're a 7-days-a-week kind of place, and spa baskets aren't light!
