Primal Wear is looking for a personable and efficient part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, greet customers, and provide critical administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Welcome and assist visitors at the reception and outlet area.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding our products on process.
  • Order and restock office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy front office and retail space.
  • Process returns and exchanges for online orders.
  • Perform data entry tasks including invoicing and inventory management.
  • Assist with basic website maintenance and sorting.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

The position offers a salary of $19.50/ hour - $23.00/ hour for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday (no weekends).
