As ourPharmacy Assistant, you will play an important part in supporting Mint's commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive experience for patients, customers, and team members.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prescription Processing: Receive, input, and fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and packaging medication under supervision.
  • Customer Service: Greet patients, manage phone inquiries, and process payments or insurance claims.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and remove expired products from shelves.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain electronic health records ( Kroll ), organize prescription files, and assist with general pharmacy cleanliness.

  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading prescriptions and labeling products.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for patient interactions.
