Position Summary

We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and proactive Part-Time Client Coordinator to support our team, currently on an as needed basis approximately 3 times per month. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, customer service, and sales.

As a Part-Time Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing an exceptional client experience through personalized service and hospitality.
  • Managing scheduling, client accounts, and administrative duties.
  • Driving membership and product sales.
  • Assisting in staff training and troubleshooting clinic operations.
  • Supporting inventory management and clinic organization.

This position requires excellent communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

  • Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
  • Sell membership plans, treatment packages, and retail products to help clients achieve their wellness goals.
  • Optimize appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Process checkouts through the Point of Sale (POS) system and manage appointment bookings.
  • Maintain inviting and organized lobby, lounge and treatment areas.
  • Anticipate client needs and address any anxieties or concerns with professionalism and care.

Administrative & Clinic Operations

  • Maintain accurate patient records, updating personal and financial information as needed.
  • Oversee email and phone communication, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring all procedures and protocols are followed.
  • Help manage clinic inventory and ordering of retail and office supplies.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Sales experience in a service or retail industry (preferably in a membership-based setting).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Strong multitasking, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with EMR/POS systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and various software programs.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a 1099 contractor PRN (as needed) position in a health care environment. Shifts will be scheduled during hours of operation, allowing for some fluctuation for pre-opening and post-closing functions. Shifts will mostly be weekend shifts and will be for the full day. You will be required to pick up a minimum of 3 shifts per month. Shifts can be at either locations, South Congress or Anderson Ln. 

Compensation: $18/hour + commission
