The College of Engineering is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Office Assistant.

• Assist the Development Team with travel, donor letters, receipts, etc.
• Perform office duties, including:
  • greeting and directing visitors
  • answering phones
  • directing calls to appropriate parties
  • scheduling conference rooms
  • helping with other general duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or aptitude is required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Skilled with computers and office related software
• Skilled with office equipment, including printers, copiers, and telephone systems
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential business data and personal information
• Excellent customer service skills
