Overview
The College of Engineering is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Office Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Development Team with travel, donor letters, receipts, etc.
- Perform office duties, including:
- greeting and directing visitors
- answering phones
- directing calls to appropriate parties
- scheduling conference rooms
- helping with other general duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or aptitude is required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Skilled with computers and office related software
- Skilled with office equipment, including printers, copiers, and telephone systems
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential business data and personal information
- Excellent customer service skills

Advertised Salary

Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions.
